We all go into hypnosis every day of our life. It is ‘scientifically’ considered to be a natural state of your subconscious mind- and if you can learn to harness this powerful tool – you can create immediate changes for success, happiness and prosperity.
Have you ever driven down the freeway and missed your exit? Do you ever go to the movies and get so caught up  in the moment that you laugh or get scared? It is just a movie right? 1. What hypnosis really is.

First, it is not what you see on the TV or stage shows where people act silly. When you come into my hypnotherapy office, I will not make you cluck like a chicken or bark like a dog unless, of course, you want me too 🙂 I will, however use the power of suggestion to access your subconscious mind to help you make changes to your life. Hypnosis is a ‘heightened state of suggestibility’ and ‘focused concentration’. You are deeply relaxed and yet, you are aware of everything that is going on around you. I don’t need to use a watch, a crystal ball or a magic wand to put you into hypnosis. All I need do is talk to you using positive suggestions for change.
We actually go into hypnosis at least twice a day. The first thing when we wake up in the morning and right before we go to bed at night. Those are the two most suggestible times of the day. It is in this state that we are at the most vulnerable to messages we receive from the environment, from other people around us and even your own thoughts.

2. How Hypnosis can help.

Hypnosis works on a subconscious level. It can quickly be used to reduce stress, stop smoking, lose weight, increase confidence, remove bad habits, career success and attract financial abundance, etc. When you come in for your first session I will work with you on a conscious level to determine what your goals are and then using the power of suggestion implement those goals under hypnosis into the subconscious mind. Some issues can be resolved in 1 session, others may need more time. It depends on how ready you are for immediate changes in your life.
