What is Hypnosis?

The term ‘hypnosis’ (from the Greek word meaning ‘sleep’) was introduced around 1840 and to some degree is not exactly an accurate portrayal of the experience in many regards, as the hypnotic state is completely unlike sleep. I’d like to heartily recommend Minh’s ability to help with hypnosis. I was at my wit’s end with the effort to quit smoking. I had been adverse to using hypnotherapy. Worried about misuse of it did work. I bit the bullet and contacted him, organised an initial consult all quickly and easily. Minh came and visited at my house. Knowledge: Minh certainly knew what he was talking about when it came to the theory of hypnosis – which he explained to me using diagrams and examples which I found very useful in helping me to understand the concepts.

* Eating healthy:
I was so pleased to have found Minh so soon after arriving in Melbourne. I wanted to tackle some habits that I had: snacking, a crisp ‘addiction’, and needing to be better at networking when in a room full of strangers. Minh asked me for lots of information before I met him and I was impressed by his thoroughness. In the first session he explained the background to hypnotherapy in a way I could understand. At all stages he made sure I felt comfortable and was happy to proceed.
After 4 sessions he had helped me tackle all three issues and get them under control. He gave me mind keys to work with which were easy to remember and were accessible. The results were tangible.
I am delighted to see that he has started his new therapy room and I will certainly be visiting there and continuing to use his services to tackle a few other issues in the coming months.
